Connected to your own WhatsApp Business account, so the conversation stays under your name. Camera and event questions only: trackers and Retrace stay in the app.
Over MCP
Connect KENAEZ to your own AI tools with a Model Context Protocol token. Tokens are stored hashed and can be revoked at any time.

Managed AI
Claude models on AWS Bedrock. Escalations run on a model hosted in London (eu-west-2); routine checks use an EU-only inference profile. Usage, credits and cache efficiency are on your AI Usage page.
Bring your own key
Your provider
Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, under your own contract. Data then goes wherever that provider runs.
Offline
A local model
Run a model on your own hardware with Ollama for sites where nothing may leave the network.
Guardrails
The assistant answers each person only about the sites and trackers they may see, and every tool it uses is logged against that person. It has no access to remote sessions, never returns tracker credentials, and treats a gap in a tracker's history as a silence rather than a journey. Conversations are kept for 30 days by default.
