Cookie policy
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We keep their use to the minimum needed to make our website and platform work, and we use none for analytics or advertising. That is why you do not see a cookie banner: the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, and we do not set any.
1. On kenaez.com
Visitors to this website receive no cookies from us. Our website builder's page-view cookies are switched off, and there are no analytics, advertising or social-media tags.
- Security. The website is delivered through Cloudflare. If Cloudflare needs to tell people apart from automated traffic, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie such as
__cf_bm, which lasts 30 minutes. - Site administrators only. When a member of our team signs in to manage the website, WordPress sets its standard sign-in cookies (names beginning
wordpress_andwp-settings-). They are never set for visitors. - Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address to deliver the font files, but sets no cookies for this.
2. On the KENAEZ platform (app.kenaez.com)
The platform uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure:
| Cookie | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
__Secure-better-auth.session_token | Keeps you signed in | 7 days |
__Secure-better-auth.two_factor | Links your sign-in to the emailed six-digit code while you enter it | 10 minutes |
kz_active_org | Remembers which of your organisations you are working in | 24 hours |
The platform also keeps a few interface preferences, such as layout choices, in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
3. Third-party content in the platform
- Map tiles are loaded in your browser from CARTO, which receives your IP address to serve them.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts in the same way as on this website.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the platform's cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
