Event stills, clips, reports and evidence held in storage you own or nominate, under retention periods you set.

AI analysis in your chosen region, through your organisation's own AI provider, or on a model running on your own hardware.

How much does an enterprise deployment cost?
Every enterprise deployment is quoted individually after discovery. They are substantial projects, priced on the deployment model, the size of your estate, any integrations and the level of support you need.
Is it the same KENAEZ?
Yes. It is the KENAEZ platform, built privately for you and configured to your requirements. Where a feature depends on an outside service that your environment cannot reach, we agree an alternative or leave it out during scoping.
Do we get the source code?
No. The software remains the property of KENAEZ and is licensed to you for your private deployment. If your organisation needs continuity assurance, we can discuss an escrow arrangement.
Where will our data be stored?
Wherever you decide: your premises, your cloud account, or a dedicated environment in the region you choose. The location is written into your contract.
Can you work with our procurement process?
Yes. We respond to tenders, requests for quotation and supplier assurance questionnaires, and provide the data protection and security documentation your process requires.
How long does it take?
It depends on the deployment model and the size of your estate. Your proposal sets out a timeline with milestones before any work begins.
